| NUSS TRUCK GROUP ACQUIRES SWEENEY BROTHERS BURNSVILLE LOCATION |
 The
news release published yesterday, July 9th, 2008 announced Nuss
Truck Group's acquisition of Sweeney Brothers Construction Equipment
located in Burnsville, MN. Sweeney primarily represents Volvo Construction
Equipment for the State of Minnesota out of the Burnsville facility.
Additional lines handled are Bomag America and Liebherr. Plans are
to officially close the transaction on August, 1, 2008. READ
