Mack Truck-Sized Celebration Coming to Rochester’s Nuss Truck & Equipment
Rochester-based company to host American Appreciation Open House,
honoring American heroes and tradesmen and women

Rochester, Minnesota—In appreciation of our customers and in honor of Americans who build, move, support and defend, and in support of local technical college students, Nuss Truck & Equipment will host an Open House on June 29. The day-long celebration takes place at Nuss’ Rochester dealership, 6500 US Hwy 63 South, and is a major event for the community. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to the public. Admission is free.

June 29th Open House activities and attractions include:
- An opportunity to see the new and distinct features of the Mack Anthem Truck
- tours of the Nuss Facility
- the Minnesota debut of Nashville recording artist Steve Moakler’s “Born Ready” music video
- Mack and Volvo trucks, specialty vehicles and Volvo Construction Equipment, and Trailers on display
- freebies and hat giveaways
- free lunch provided
As part of Nuss Truck & Equipment’s commitment to education in the trades, technical school students who attend the event may enter an Education Sweepstakes to win one of two $500 scholarships. Students need not be present to win.
Nuss will also present a $2,500 donation to Fire Chief Greg Martin to benefit and honor the Rochester Fire Department for its commitment to community. The donation will directly support the Bring Back the Clock Tower & Bell Fund. The check presentation ceremony takes place at noon.
