St. Cloud — U.S. Congressman Tom Emmer visited Nuss Truck & Equipment on September 19, 2018, for a tour of the facility and discussion about recent tax reform legislation.
U.S. Congressman Tom Emmer visited the St. Cloud branch of Nuss Truck & Equipment on September 20, 2018, for a tour and discussion about how the tax cuts are making a positive impact on businesses. The facility tour included the Nuss’ Service Department, a look at new Mack Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment. Robert Nuss, President of Nuss Truck & Equipment, led the discussion on a wide range of important topics including: infrastructure legislation, bonus depreciation, trade and tariffs, workforce development as well as the bill to repeal the 12% federal excise tax (FET) on new trucks and trailers (a bill Rep. Emmer has co-sponsored). Nuss is grateful for the support on these important topics and the impact they have on the success and growth of small to mid-sized companies.
