CDK AR Portal

Nuss Truck & Equipment is pleased to offer our AR Portal, hosted by CDK Global.

Customer access can be set up to accommodate single or multiple customer accounts, utilizing the established customer numbers you already have with us.  We can now set up multiple users as well.

Application Features

  • We will set up one user to access the website. Each user will be set up with a user profile.  You can add users if you need to.
  • Once you have access you can view your: A/R statements, Parts Invoices, and Service Repairs Orders. In addition to viewing documents, you can also reprint these invoices from our archives.
  • Your company’s sales history is updated nightly to the AR Portal.
  • Your Accounts Receivable Statement will be uploaded each month to your AR Portal account for viewing.
  • After successfully uploading your A/R Statements this application will send email notification announcing your A/R Statements are available.
  • Print a copy of any invoice (up to 6 months old).
  • In addition, you can search your transactions up to six months prior to the current date. Results from a search can be exported into a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet.

Parts Inventory Search

With this tool, you have access to our current parts inventory.

Search through our large inventory of parts, with millions of dollars in inventory and seven locations, we can get you what you need and fast. As a dealer for many OEM and aftermarket manufacturers we have a complete selection of the must-have parts you need.

Online Parts Ordering

Through our Select Parts Store, we offer our current parts customers access to look-up and order parts online.

Access is available virtually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to order parts at your convenience.
