The Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy Returns as the Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Expo

Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Expo Coming Aug. 14–15, 2026 at Menards West — Bigger Location, New Convoy Route, Expanded Family Fun, and FREE Admission!

EAU CLAIRE, WI — The Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy is back in 2026 with a new name, a bigger location, and an even larger weekend experience as the Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Expo, taking place August 14–15, 2026, at Menards West (3210 N Clairemont Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703) with FREE admission to the public. The two-day event will feature big rigs, Friday Night Lights, live music, food trucks, a bounce house, the Nuss Fun Zone, and kids and family activities, with all proceeds benefiting local law enforcement.

Sponsorship Opportunities Now Available

Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate through event sponsorships. Sponsorship packages include logo placement in event promotions and on social media, along with event perks.

Sponsorship levels include:
Big Rig Champion — $1,000
Includes food truck vouchers, two event t-shirts, one event mug, TBMC decals, and the option to speak at the Convoy Kickoff. Logo inclusion on advertising and social media requires sponsorship to be received by July 1, 2026.

Haul Hero — $500
Includes food truck vouchers, one event t-shirt, TBMC decals, and logo inclusion on advertising and social media.

Convoy Crew — $250
Includes TBMC decals and logo inclusion on advertising and social media.

Payment options include cash, check, credit card, or Venmo.

Truck Registration and Participation

Truck registration and preregistration information will be available through the event’s Facebook page. Truck owners, fleets, and participants are encouraged to register early and follow event updates online.
