Dear Nuss Customer Family,
As we all work to manage through the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to update you on the steps Nuss is taking to maintain business and support customers during this uncertain time. We want to be very clear about how much we value you—our customer family. Our goal is to deliver the service and support that you depend on, while implementing preventative measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. We continue to monitor the situation along with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local, state and federal governments. We monitor this situation daily and take steps to maintain the important activities necessary to support our customers, many of whom are supporting transportation needs that are especially important to our communities at this time.
While the situation still evolves, at this time we have implemented rigorous safety measures including:

  • • Additional daily rounds of sanitizing our restrooms, doors, doorknobs, workspace surfaces, keyboards, phones, keys, service counters, and truck/equipment door handle and cab surfaces.
  • • Team members have increased the frequency of handwashing with soap and water; coughs and sneezes must be covered; gloves must be worn when necessary, and they must stay home from work when they are ill or symptomatic.
  • • Discontinuation of hand-shaking and pen-sharing. (Please help us out with this.)
  • • Service team members will work with you on cab sanitizing and safety measures.
  • • Social distancing—trying to stay 6-feet or further from one another. (We ask for your cooperation with this too.)Adding controlled facility access doors for our customers and team members.

Second, only to your safety is our dedication to helping your business stay on the move. We know that uptime isn’t optional, which is why we remain open, will ensure continuity of operations, and adapt our procedures and as needed. Please give us a call ahead of time if you plan to visit us so we can properly assist you in our sales department, parts department and the service centers.
While we’re all facing an incredible amount of uncertainty, you can be certain that our top priority is protecting the health of our customers, employees, and visitors, while ensuring you have what you need, when you need it.
We will post any additional updates on our website at https://www.nussgrp.com/news-and-events/
