Nuss Truck & Equipment Helps Present Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Expo & Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy August 14–15
Free community event celebrates the trucking industry and Terry Biddle’s legacy while raising funds for local law enforcement K-9 units
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Aug. 10, 2026 – Nuss Truck & Equipment is proud to join Menards in presenting the 2026 Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Expo & Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy, taking place Friday and Saturday, Aug. 14–15, at Menards West, 3210 N. Clairemont Ave. in Eau Claire.
Free and open to the public, the two-day event celebrates the trucking and transportation community while carrying on the legacy of Terry Biddle, longtime Eau Claire-area businessman, law enforcement professional and founder of the Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show.
The weekend will feature an impressive display of big rigs, live demonstrations, food trucks, live music, bounce houses and family activities. The Nuss Fun Zone opens at noon Saturday with activities for kids and families.
Friday Night Lights runs from 7–11 p.m. Friday, with live music by MARS Band from 8 p.m. to midnight. The main event runs 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Saturday, with Marshall Star Band performing from 1–5 p.m., followed by awards and announcements at 6:30 p.m.
The weekend culminates with the Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
“Terry had deep connections to both law enforcement and the transportation industry, and this event brings those communities together in a really meaningful way,” said Bob Nuss, President and CEO of Nuss Truck & Equipment. “We’re proud to help continue his legacy, support local K-9 programs and create an event where drivers, customers, families and the entire Eau Claire community can come together.”
Biddle, who passed away in 2023, spent much of his career in law enforcement, including approximately 20 years with the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Department, where he held positions including Chief Pilot, SWAT Commander and Detective Sergeant. He also built longstanding businesses within the Eau Claire community and founded the Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show in 2010.
Following his passing, the Terry Biddle Memorial Convoy was established to honor his life, his relationships throughout the transportation industry and his commitment to law enforcement.
Proceeds from the event directly support local law enforcement K-9 units.
Nuss Truck & Equipment is also contributing to the family experience throughout the weekend with the Nuss Fun Zone, featuring activities for children and families.
